  • 09/26 - Jimmy Jean-Louis (the Haitian) told me that his character returns in the second episode. According to Jimmy: "He will connect with some other people. He's very much with Mr. Bennet still, but he is going to be working with some others, including a doctor. And he speaks a little bit more, but he still has his powers. Actually his powers are getting stronger." Source: Kristin on E!Online
  • 09/19 - "Parkman's family plays a huge role in the story behind the heroes," [Greg Grunberg] revealed. "My character for once plays an integral part in what's happening." Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide [Note: Some sources say that Bob will turn out to be Matt's dad.]
  • 09/17 - An upcoming episode will feature a 6-year-old girl being rescued from a burning house. Source: SpoilerFix.com
  • 09/12 - Season 2 leaps ahead four months to find Peter presumed dead. "We're going to drop viewers into a whole scenario and let them slowly piece together what transpired since that day in New York," says creator Tim Kring. Fans will get the final details in Episode 8 -- a flashback hour called "Four Months Ago." We'll also learn that the Company -- the mysterious group Noah "H.R.G." Bennet worked for in Season 1 -- is deeply ingrained in the neuro-degrading virus that killed Mohinder's sister Shanti and infected Molly Walker, the little girl with the power to locate anybody. Also big this season is the backstory of the old-guard heroes -- led by Kaito Nakamura, Angela Petrelli and the late Mr. Linderman -- who were once determined to heal the world but splintered due to infighting. "We'll reveal what split them up," Kring says. "This group has secrets -- things they tried to budy -- and it's all gonna start coming out." Joining the show's "power" elite are Kristen Bell as Elle, a sexy criminal with ties to Peter's "death," and Dania Ramirez as Maya, an on-the-lam heroine from Central America. Dominic Keating kicks off a new plot arc set in County Cork, Ireland, that's all about "smalltime hoodlums and crooks -- they're lovable but dangerous," says Kring, who hints that "someone viewers already know will be embroiled in this story." A fictional California beach town, Costa Verde, will also be added -- that's the new home of cheerleader Claire Bennet and her family. "We go into hiding and try to have some sort of a normal life, but how normal can you be when you have so much to hide?" says [Hayden] Panettiere, noting that Claire, who will cut off her own toe, is still experimenting with her regenerative powers. "She's pushing her limits and testing her pain tolerance and wondering, 'Can I be killed?'" Claire will become attracted to fellow high schooler West and have her first real romance. But their first kiss ends on a stunner: Claire spots the Company's "bag and tag" mark on West's neck and he tells her of a traumatic encounter he once had with a man in horned-rimmed glasses. • 09/10 - Creator Tim Kring drops crucial intel: "Jessica/Niki and her family - their story really reached a conclusion at the end of season 1, so they're rebuilding anew." Speaking of new places, Hiro will be in feudal Japan discovering his family history and falling in love with a princess. There'll also be plenty of new faces, including Alias' David Anders as the mythical Kensei and, in the best casting news of the year, Veronica Mars' Kristen Bell joins in episode 5 as Elle, a mysterious figure with ties to the Petrelli and Bennet families. But there's plenty of action before then, including a good-ol'-fashioned murder mystery. It seems as if someone is hunting the older generation of Heroes, and one familiar face won't make it past the first episode. Source: Entertainment Weekly
  • 09/05 - "There's going to be an interesting channel of communication," said James Kyson Lee , who plays Ando. "I can't reveal what, but it's going to be such a great way of storytelling. What happens in one timeline may affect the other. For Ando, I think you'll see him spending more time at Yamagato. Does he want to stay there? Probably not, after experiencing all that he did in season one." [...] Hiro won't be the only one hopping through time. Source: Yahoo!

  • 07/29 - Tim Sale, who creates the art pieces for fictional painter Isaac Mendez on NBC's Heroes, told SCI FI Wire that Isaac is dead on the show, but that Sale will continue to produce pieces-possibly on behalf of a character who appeared to have died. "If only there had been someone else in season one that did some art work," Sale hinted in an interview at Comic-Con International in San Diego, Calif. "Somebody who absorbs powers, maybe." [...] Although Sylar absorbed Isaac's power, he is not the only character with that ability. "Actually there were two people," Sale said. "There was the bad guy who had a very different style, and we didn't see much of the other's art work. But all I know is they tell me I have a job."
